4 Kg Bairds Peated Barley
6 Kg Pale Ale Malt Barley

mash in 10 minutes @ 50 degrees
63 degrees for 90 minutes ( to convert beta - amalayse)
mash out ...... 80 degrees for 10 minutes.
10 minute boil @ 100 degrees

Then no chill cube

50 Litre Wash
FOR VODKA & GIN

12 kg Sugar
1/2 teaspoon citric acid
1 teaspoon DAP
500 grams Tomato Paste

Mix sugar, tomato paste, citric acid and say 15 litres of hot water to dissolve sugar...top up with cold water pitch yeast and aerate at 30 - 36 degrees C
2 tablespoons of champagne yeast. EC 1118

POT STILL TO LOW WINES 40% ABV

THEN SIX PLATE BUBBLE OR REFLUX TO BETWEEN 87% AND 95 % ABV

FOR THE BEST VODKA IN THE WORLD… No Bullshit!
